Latest happenings...

Hello everyone...how time flies...sorry it's been so long but we've been busy growing and having lots of fun:-) Here's Rocco showing us how he is almost sitting on his own...he weighed in at 18 pounds for his 6 month checkup...my manly man:-) He has 2 teeth and working on the upper two now...just this week he has found his tongue and is having lots of fun with it and making us laugh non-stop!

This has been the most exciting thing for me this week...a new (almost new) double stroller...I love watching Carmella and Rocco next to each other...I'm enjoying it now because I know when they're old enough there will be "the invisible line" they can't cross...you know what I'm talking about if you have siblings:-) For those of you who know me I'm a craigslist junky...in a good way...so this stroller is my latest find and has created a whole new world of independence...yea!!!

Happy Birthday, Carmella!

How two years can fly by! Carmella just turned 2 and who would've ever guessed that balloons and a Mickey Mouse card could make her day?!! We had a great day...we were all getting over the sniffles so we canceled her party and went to the Fountain Park. We had her birthday party at Tony's Pizzeria with her closest friends Mason, Brayden, Bradley, and newcomer John (and all of their parents)...it was a blast but with that many toddlers on the move I didn't get one photo with them all together! But I know she had a blast seeing everyone-to say the least! Thanks to everyone for making her day so special:-)

Cindy...we had to fight off the kids at the park...they all wanted the TW pales:-) Thanks Ellie and Adyson!!

We made cupcakes (chocolate on chocolate of course) for her big day and Mason stopped by to share in the fun---dessert first! I don't know who was more excited about the cupcakes:-) And if only Rocco had enough teeth...he would've loved one too:-)

Oh, what a beautiful hair day...

Just another silly day of motherhood...our 'baby' girl finally has enough hair for bows and ribbons and piggy tails (Thanks Aunt Cindy for the many hair accessories and endless entertainment:-) And Mr. Rocco didn't have much say about his new hair piece...he didn't complain but it just didn't look right:-) Maybe it was just the wrong color??

Carmella the Explorer

To say the very least Carmella LOVES LOVES LOVES her new climbing toy! (Mason...you're the best to share this with me!) Nearly every time we walk out the door she must "I slide" before we leave! She has found every single possible way to climb to the top (atleast I believe she has:-) And once on top she peers from the high-powered telescope...who knows what goes through their little minds but it sure is fun to watch them play and learn!
